How do I register a Console shipment?

Overview:

If there are house bills on your shipment, then you will register a Console. Remember that in order to do any other documentation on the system; you will need to register a file first.

Step by step:

1. Select your File Ref in the Shipment Register and click on Edit, The 3^rd field from top is “Is this a Consol?”, select “Yes”, and click on Ok.

2. If you look next to your File Ref you will see a Zero shown below.

3. To add a sub-file either click on the red square on the left or press F5.

4. The sub-file box will expand.

5. Click on the New button on the bottom left of you screen, and add in all the necessary fields needed for you Sub-File Ref.
